What Our Furnace (Oil and Gas) Tune-Up Includes*:
- Inspect heat exchanger
- Check blower and blower wheel
- Test ignition and flame sensor
- Lubricate all moving parts, as needed
- Tighten electrical connection
- Re-calibrate your thermostat
- Check your belts and fans
- Clean your air filter and intake grills
- Check vents for blocks or leaks
- Conduct a complete system safety inspection
What Our Boiler (Oil and Gas) Tune-Up Includes*:
- Inspect, clean and adjust burner
- Replace oil filter & pump strainer
- Replace oil nozzle
- Set combustion for optimal efficiency
- Check for CO leaks at boiler
- Check all modes of thermostat operation
- Preform a safety inspection of your boiler, flue, venting and draft assembly
- Check all boiler electrical components and electrical connections
- Test domestic hot water temperatures
- Re-calibrate your thermostat
