Over time the air ducts in your home accumulate dirt, dust, allergens and pet dander.  Having your ducts cleaned regularly will improve the indoor air quality in your home and enhance the efficiency of your heating/cooling system. Our equipment will also clean air conditioning evaporator coils which greatly increases cooling performance.

Chemical Free Cleaning

According to the EPA, inadequate research has been conducted to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of most chemicals when used inside ducts.

We never use chemicals in our air duct cleaning process.  The use of chemicals in air duct cleaning is typically not needed and can cause adverse reactions in some individuals.

Our Duct Cleaning Process

We use a high velocity truck mounted vacuum to remove any dust and debris.  High pressure compressed air is used to clean and push out any dust and dirt.  Depending on the duct design, we will use either a brush or whip system to thoroughly clean ductwork, blower assembly and air conditioning coils. 

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Prevent a Fire with a Thorough Dryer Vent Cleaning  

Lint can build up inside the dryer and dryer vent over time.  This results in longer drying times and can lead to fire. Periodic cleaning of the interior of your dryer and the dryer vent is recommended to keep your unit running safe and efficient.

Our technicians will disconnect the vent at the dryer and utilize a brush/HEPA vacuum system to thoroughly clean from the dryer to the exterior exhaust
