I had an issue with my heating the night before a snowstorm, was directed here from my oil company for their emergency service line and mark was so incredibly kind on the phone just to troubleshoot me at such a bad time of night. had a tech come out a few days later and he was so kind and happy to answer my questions and went the extra mile to help explain how some things work and did everything he could to help me on my budget. i would recommend these guys to everyone going forward, and they’ll be my only HVAC call now on!
I needed to replace my old central ac. Energy Unlimited recommended and installed a ductless ac/heat unit. The office was great in scheduling installation. Work was done in less than a day. Workers put down sheets to protect floors and vacumed area they were working in. I love the new system and look forward to using less energy than the old ac.
They recently installed a mini split and everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with. They installed it quickly and I love the system. They also installed my furnace a few years back and do the yearly maintenance as well. Highly recommend them.
I was out-of-state coordinating a new ductless air conditioning system in my Dad’s 1976-construction home. He is a senior with dementia and the Energy Unlimited team treated him with such respect and accommodation for his disability that it was a truly worry-free experience. They coordinated with me via email and phone on all of the system details, the contract, the deposit, final payment, and follow-up. It was an unexpected and amazing experience how they went above and beyond to make my Dad and me feel comfortable and confident throughout. They were highly recommended to me and I’d like to pass on THE HIGHEST recommendation also! The owner and his son take great pains to ensure a GREAT product and a GREAT experience and it is evident across the entire company. You can’t go wrong with Energy Unlimited!!!

Mark is responsive and delivered his quote within a couple of hours as promised. The installers where professional, neat and worked quickly to replace our older HVAC system. I had contacted the company with whom I’d had service our previous unit and it took 3 days to get the quote from them and had no heat! I am glad I called Energy Unlimited and will refer them in the future.
We had a 29 year old gas furnace and an eight year old water heater that showed quite a bit of corrosion. Several heating contractors were contacted for quotes because it looked like the time for replacement was right around the corner. Mark from Energy Unlimited reviewed our system and provided us with three choices to consider. We decided on an energy efficient furnace and water heater. The quote was not the lowest, however it did represent what we considered was the best option for us. It took two days to get the system completely installed and unfortunately the day the crew began followed an ice storm. Drop cloths were placed throughout the house and every effort was made to minimize disruption. The new furnace looks great and is operating efficiently. We applaud the Energy Unlimited installation crew and would recommend this company without reservation.
